Air Fills & Gas Blending

Monterey Bay Dive Company is dedicated to providing the cleanest Air and most accurate gas blends and fills in the Monterey Bay Area. We have both a large compressor, banks and air fill system as well as a hyperclean fill station for O2 cleaned cylinders. Both systems are tested quarterly for air quality through Trace Analytics.

In order to insure your safety and the safety of our staff, we require that all tanks to be filled have a current hydrostatic test stamp (within 5 years in the US) and VIP sticker. Additionally, all air cylinders to be filled with any gas blend above 21% O2 MUST be cleaned in accordance with oxygen service standards. Please ask one of our staff for details.

Trimix services are available here too. Please call us or ask our staff for details. Customers must be certified in trimix diving or under the care of a certified trimix instructor. By contacting us in advance of your needs, we can better provide blending services for your group or class.
